Location, Location, Location

These are the three words that everyone knows are vital when you are looking at real estate.  It is also true when you are starting out in life or when you are planning your retirement.  Once you have finished your formal education (university or college), you will need to decide where you want to live and start your career.  If you are thinking about retiring, you may want to remain in your current home, or your dreams may include downsizing to a smaller home in the same or a new location.

Just like everything else in life where you decide to live will have its pros and cons.
Wherever, you end up living your home is the place when you walk in the front door you should feel warm, cozy and safe.  It should be your haven from the outside world regardless of the kind of day you may have had.  When I walk in the front door of my house, I have created a space that always feel as if it has arms that are wrapping themselves around me in a warm embrace.

Here
are some of the locations that you may consider living in:

Country, Small Town, Medium Sized City, Large City or Out of Country
